I am passionate about helping women, adolescents, and professionals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

I have particular experience working with ADHD, anxiety, and anger management, and I also support clients dealing with depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, and self-esteem issues. I’m a committed ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and am dedicated to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care where everyone feels respected and affirmed.
